The sales executive and manager were most helpful. However, the car itself has been a massive disappointment. 1.No spare wheel available for AWD 2.Sat-nav out of date 3.Automatic door-lock not working 4.Road sign (speed) recognition not working. Basically I regret having bought a Toyota
