Salesman (Mark) was polite, knowledgeable, clear and patient. However, as access to rear seats for a rollator was clearly identified as a necessity at the start it may have been useful to try this first. This would have saved everyone some time. Very well trained and helpful staff.

Felt under pressure for a sale, rather than trying to meet my requirements, even being told by a sales manager, he didn't want time wasting as it was customer special deals, and they where busy.

Dean was extremely helpful, however, there was no vehicle available to view or test drive and we had some questions which couldn't be answered which were important regarding the car's suitability.
