These guys in Charles Hurst, Toyota, have consistently set the bar for themselves, and have easily cleared it again.Dean and Richard - supported by the Service (and refreshments staff) - are a tough act to follow. These guys are good. Their work is courteous, efficient and professional.They are “The extra mile” type of team.I have just taken delivery of my (2nd) new Yaris Cross Hybrid. I love it! The sales executive and manager were most helpful. However, the car itself has been a massive disappointment.1.No spare wheel available for AWD2.Sat-nav out of date3.Automatic door-lock not working4.Road sign (speed) recognition not working.Basically I regret having bought a Toyota
