Cannot fault the dealership in any way , Dean Strain was very helpful a very good sales advisor....cant commet on aftercare yet as ive only got the veichle but hoping i dont have to make use of it and it's simply a visit back for servicing ....Only thing I would consider a small negative is the 10.9apr threw pcp on used cars I always keep my credit rating high and make sure affordability isn't an issue when looking to purchase anything threw credit , it was explained this is to do with fairness across the board but a few % less would certainly be attractive when using pcp for used vehicle, other than that the buying experience was 100%

When answering above, I was not referring to the general dealership but to WaiYieng Wong who, both times I have bought a car, was very helpful and truly listened to what I wanted. If she had been pushy, insistent, box ticking, I would not be driving a Toyota.

I thought my needs were met and dealt with in a Professional manner without being too pushy. Andrew the Salesman had a good knowledge of the Vehicle that I purchased and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. On a lighter note I thought the Coffee from the Machine was excellent.
