As this was a motability car I did not a service plan. Ashlea was excellent taking me through the process and kept me up to date throughout this purchase. A+

Really impressed with service dept and 1 staff member in particular ( been trying v hard to remember his name) clue, he’s going to Le Mans) he dealt with me throughout the process ,sorted any issues before they became an issue and was the single best reason why I will continuing my business with this branch even though it is nowhere near where I live

I had enquired about getting a dash cam fitted and was initially told that one couldn't be hard wired however on further investigation by your service department I was then told that it could be fitted and would take approximately 2 hours to fit at a labour cost of £228.00. I find this an exorbitant cost for fitting a dash cam considering a garage close to my home would be able to fit said dash cam for a charge of £30.00 and would take only 20-30 mins to fit.
