Staff in Toyota Newtownabbey are excellent - they are very approachable and most efficient. Wai Yeing in particular is wonderful. My last two purchases were done through Wai - she makes you feel important and also has great patience in explaining everything from finance, service plan and the workings of all the controls which isn’t always easy!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending the Charles Hurst Newtownabbey Branch.
