I had enquired about getting a dash cam fitted and was initially told that one couldn't be hard wired however on further investigation by your service department I was then told that it could be fitted and would take approximately 2 hours to fit at a labour cost of £228.00. I find this an exorbitant cost for fitting a dash cam considering a garage close to my home would be able to fit said dash cam for a charge of £30.00 and would take only 20-30 mins to fit.

I was really impressed by the sales personnel The customer care approach displayed was exceptional, going far beyond what I expected.. This applied particularly to the sales manager and to Dean, the sales rep. who dfealt with my purchase. The sales manager went beyond what I expected in locating a vehicle of the type that I wanted and ensured that the vehicle was at the Newtownabbey brtanch for me to inspect on the day that was arranged. Overall my experience and treatment by all the sales personnel was very customer friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this branch to all my friends and contacvts.
