My dealings with Wai and her Manager Richard at Newtownabbey, was great. They were professional whilst being very friendly and could not do enough to get through the process thoroughly and efficiently. My own delay in getting back to them meant I didn't get the first car they showed me but they sourced another for me within hours, with which I proceeded and have now taken delivery. It's great - they were great - and the coffee was great ! Well done guys. Will definitely be back for my next car !

My wife and my self were made to feel very welcome by Andy and all the other members of the sales team we came in contact with at Newtownabbey. We were given time and space to make decisions and our many questions were courteously answered. Since taking delivery of our Yaris Cross I have been in contact with Andy a number of times and he has been very helpful answering my questions.

The sales team took time to listen to and understand our needs before providing purchase options. A test drive was provided in the model and level we purchased. We had quite a few questions as we were unfamiliar with the brand. Time was taken to give appropriate answers and advice.
