Wai was very knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer any questions I had (including technical) without missing a beat. It is clear that she knows the various Toyota products inside and out. Dean strain was the sale person who deal with me. His professionalism was out standing he was very welcoming, friendly and bubbly. He answered all my question help me understand everything was open honest. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. He made sure I went away happy knowing that I fully understood everything and was 100% sure before I signed. He was able to get me the car quickly than I expected. Help time through the process give me extra which was very appreciated. I have spoken to Dean before and would do business with him again. Excellent customer I would give Dean 10 out of 10 I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a car.
