I spent a lot of time looking at different cars and going to different dealerships. I had honestly stayed away from Charles hurst because of previous bad experiences however the staff at Toyota Newtownabbey really turned my option around. They were warm, friendly, extremely efficient and couldn’t do enough for us. To be honest there were other cars I’d seen and preferred but bought the car I did because of the amazing customer service.Andy, Richard and the rest of the team are a credit to the company and I will highly recommend them

I have been with the team at the Newtownabbey branch for over a decade. For this purchase, I worked with Weiyeing and she was a delight. She followed up with the progress of the car, and went to the lengths to try to get me a nerdy registration number! Richard has been helping me for quite some time, and is always super helpful. Most importantly, they were happy for me to bring my new puppy, as it helps train him for new experiences.After some unhappy experiences at the Boucher Road dealership and service department, I will only go to the Newtownabbey branch while here in Northern Ireland.
