The staff in Toyota Newtownabbey couldn’t have been more helpful! From Wai the sales rep to Stephen sales manager and Richard the finance manager! They worked hard to get me a deal that suited me, knowing and understanding it was a massive jump. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received!

Dean strain was who I dealt with,met him when I was up looking for a new car. I was not interested in a Toyota but after speaking to him and him showing myself and husband the car I never looked at another car as I bought one straight away. He was polite courteous and very helpful from purchasing the car, helping set up apps to checking in with myself and letting me know how the delivery of the car was going and also with the exchange of the old car. Also a help was management team member Richard had introduced himself when Dean was showing me new cars and helped with the finanace of old car and was very helping and friendly when I came to collect my car. Dean is a top sales man from not being interested in Toyota to going to have a look with Dean and buying one I didn’t even look at any other cars he had me sold straight away. He’s 100% committed not like other salesmen I’ve dealt with before that made you feel pressured into to buy a car Dean had a more relaxed side that put you at ease and you trusted him to look after yourself when you where in. I will definitely be back with my Husband to upgrade his car with Toyota and will definitely want Dean to do the sale.
