My initial phone call/ enquiry was a general one with regards to hybrid cars. I was very impressed by the information given by Dean Strain. He followed this up by a video of a Yaris, during which he pointed out the features which I'd asked about, but I needed a larger vehicle. About 3 weeks later I saw a Hybrid Auris on your website. I phoned and asked for Dean as I had confidence that he would help me, as indeed he did. I also met Steven McGowan. Dean had remembered our initial conversation, and without me asking, he mentioned the features of the car which I'd previously asked about. Both Dean and Steven went 'the 2nd mile' for me; they stayed late to facilitate my visit. I will always remember their courtesy, professionalism, clear explanations, exemplary manners, (and the light-hearted moments of banter which definitely helped!). I felt that I as a customer was very valued. During the handover procedure, Dean was extremely helpful; he took time to pair my phone to the car's bluetooth, and also found my favourite radio stations, and showed me things I needed to know about the hybrid vehicle. The car itself was very well presented, and a bag of cleaning items was supplied, for which I was very grateful.Following the collection of my car, Dean phoned to ask how I was getting on and again made me feel that I was a valued customer.I briefly had spoken to Richard per telephone and found him also to be courteous and very helpful.I would highly recommend the team at Charles Hurst Toyota Newtownabbey.
