I found Ashlea both pleasant and professional to deal with, she is a great sales person and very informative regarding the cars

The car had to be picked up, due to having a hospital appointment. Was picked and returned after service. I did not receive video of service though it was sent to me with details of what was being done, also got no paper printout of service. Been with Charles Hurst from 2005 overall I would still recommend them to people, I appreciate everyone is under pressure the way the world is.

I have not had to return but was told they were unable to update my sat nav as there my have been an issue with the computer but they weren’t sure. I now have to book a further appointment before the end of June as I’ve been told this is when the free upgrades for my vehicle finish. Not a big deal, just an inconvenience. This is why I marked question 4 as 4 star. I also give question 2 a 4 star as I was unable to book online.
