Big thanks to Dean Strain, was a pleasure to work with during the deal for my new car

I have not had to return but was told they were unable to update my sat nav as there my have been an issue with the computer but they weren’t sure. I now have to book a further appointment before the end of June as I’ve been told this is when the free upgrades for my vehicle finish. Not a big deal, just an inconvenience. This is why I marked question 4 as 4 star. I also give question 2 a 4 star as I was unable to book online.

Every member of staff took the time to say hello during each of our visits to the showroom. Buying a new car is a bid deal and we were certainly given the vip treatment. The car sells itself it's how it's presented and the personnel you meet during the process that will seal the deal and the staff were a big part of our decision, that and Charles Hurst is a name you can trust.
