The staff are excellent, friendly and knowledgable, second to none. The atmosphere of the sales staff and ambiance of the sales area is relaxed and comfortable. The team work well together complementing each other and work hard to accomplish their goals. The staff are pleasant and professional, there is no hard sale. All questions are answered and information is freely given so understanding of the purchaser is comprehensive. I would recommend family and friends to visit and/or think about purchasing a lovely a new car. Richard and Andy in Newtownabbey at Mallusk are great and very professional, it was my pleasure buying my new car from them. I will be back, again, in time, to get my next new car from them. Everything was brilliant, very friendly staff and atmosphere! The only concern I had was that the car was advertised as obly having 12,000 miles on the clock but when I got it it was sitting at 17,000 miles. This was a bit disappointing as I chose this car mainly because it had a significantly lower milage than its competitors at the same price. Other than that, it's a brilliant car and I am enjoying it.
