I had a fantastic experience with Toyota Newtownabbey right from my initial contact to picking up the keys of my new car. It rates as one of the best car dealerships I have been to. The sales person, Ashlea Gargan, showed fantastic knowledge, explained everything very well and made the car exchange very easy for me. The sales manager, Stephen and business manager Richard both introduced themeselves to me and It was easy to see why this dealership is so good on customer service & satisfaction. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend the dealership.

The sales people were first rate, but I my circumstances have changed for the time being.

From when we entered the showroom, the girl on Reception made us feel very welcome, offered us refreshments and the coffee was lovely. We then met Dean who could not have been more helpful, and when I said it was my birthday, he said it was his the day before and he had bought cake for his colleagues and brought us some of same which was delicious. He told us all about the car we wanted to purchase and all the options available to us. He showed us the car which was beautifully presented. We decided to go ahead and purchase same, and he offered us a very good price for our trade in car. There was no pressure. We arranged to collect the car a few days later and we received all the paperwork to purchase by email which was very convenient. When we went to collect the car everything was very straightforward and I am delighted with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Charles Hurst Toyota at Newtownabbey, and especially Dean.
