Sales team very helpful

The sales people were first rate, but I my circumstances have changed for the time being.

From the moment that I arrived at the dealership I was made extremely welcome and everything that was presented to me was done in a very professional way.I would have no hesitation in recommending Toyota Newtownabbey to family and friends alike for their new vehicle

From when we entered the showroom, the girl on Reception made us feel very welcome, offered us refreshments and the coffee was lovely. We then met Dean who could not have been more helpful, and when I said it was my birthday, he said it was his the day before and he had bought cake for his colleagues and brought us some of same which was delicious. He told us all about the car we wanted to purchase and all the options available to us. He showed us the car which was beautifully presented. We decided to go ahead and purchase same, and he offered us a very good price for our trade in car. There was no pressure. We arranged to collect the car a few days later and we received all the paperwork to purchase by email which was very convenient. When we went to collect the car everything was very straightforward and I am delighted with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Charles Hurst Toyota at Newtownabbey, and especially Dean. The motability salesperson Julia at Mallusk was extremely pleasant and helpful. She contacted me at every point of the transaction. Unfortunately she was ill at the time of my pickup but the other staff who dealt with me were also very pleasant and were able to complete the handover in a very professional manner.

Got the right car with the right options we wanted for a good price. Cannot ask for any more. Ashlea was extremely helpful throughout.
