From the outset , my experience was excellent. I hadn’t considered purchasing from new, however the presentation of detailed options to consider influenced my purchasing the new model. Primarily what the benefits were , short and long term, environmental, financing, add ons , which I purchased 2 of . And also the benefits of Toyota Insurance, as well as future service plan . Ashlee was outstanding, extremely sincere and helpful . Super experience from beginning to end. And non intrusive, which is a big plus , but ever present If required !!!!!

There was a very good choice of models which i was interested in to choose from. All seemed to be in very good condition. Initial contact was with Ashlea Gargan and she made my wife and I feel like we were her only customers when in fact she had plenty of other things to keep her occupied! She was knowledgeable about the details and workings of the car (a Toyota C-HR) and was able to relate her personal experience of driving one. In spite of the atrocious weather, Ashlea also arranged a test drive and I was pleased that she accompanied us on it. Ashlea also did all the paperwork and taxed the car so that I had nothing to worry about, only to turn up and drive it away. I was also introduced to Stephen and Richard from the Company so I feel confident that if there is any issues, I can reach out to either of them. This is my first experience of buying from Toyota and I'm sure it will not be my last. Excellent!
