I was dealing with a gentleman called Dean. He made the whole experience easy and one of the nicest guys and companies to deal with. I’ll only buy my cars from here from now on.

There was a very good choice of models which i was interested in to choose from. All seemed to be in very good condition. Initial contact was with Ashlea Gargan and she made my wife and I feel like we were her only customers when in fact she had plenty of other things to keep her occupied! She was knowledgeable about the details and workings of the car (a Toyota C-HR) and was able to relate her personal experience of driving one. In spite of the atrocious weather, Ashlea also arranged a test drive and I was pleased that she accompanied us on it. Ashlea also did all the paperwork and taxed the car so that I had nothing to worry about, only to turn up and drive it away. I was also introduced to Stephen and Richard from the Company so I feel confident that if there is any issues, I can reach out to either of them. This is my first experience of buying from Toyota and I'm sure it will not be my last. Excellent!

Staff were very friendly and professional but have to say was disappointed that a rather large scrape was not picked up especially by the valeting team and then relayed to management.It just means all the inconvenience of having to take it back for repair but having said that everything else was perfect 👌
