Service was excellent start to finish

Everything was good up until the actual purchase. Prior to that, we were informed that a level of flexibility would be afforded to us. Not until all of the financial presentations were given were we informed that there was no flexibility. I feel that the purchase was accepted as a done deal by the staff and they subsequently didn’t require to afford any concessions. I must add that the salesmen were always professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I just felt that they believed we were an easy purchase despite assurances that some flexibility would be given on the final deal. I was a little disappointed that even though I reflected on the deal over the weekend and said I would meet the offered purchase price, that we were not even given the courtesy of being informed the deal was no longer available. Nobody had the moral courage to let us know it was no longer on the table.

From start to to finish we had a great experience with Robert in the Dundonald branch. No issues at all. Even when he was so busy he was always very professional.
