cormac was really helpful and has kept me really well informed on updates etc. he has Ordered a part for me which I am just waiting on. I would say that in my experience, the finance payments need to be explained a little better, as I wasn’t told how much negative equity my trade in was going to be, just that the finance for that car was being taken care of by CH, but there was actually a gap of £1500 that I had to cover. I don’t feel this was made clear by the person who covered the finance aspect, but aside from this, the service was good. I have had some very poor experiences at other branches, so cormac really made an effort not to have a repeat of that,

We dealt mostly with Tony at your Dundonald branch. And he was outstanding. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Also, Andy, although we didn’t meet we talked on the phone about our financial options, and again really helpful. I will definitely recommend this branch to other car buyers.

The sales Ream member I met with was Cormac Deegan, who was fantastic in his approach. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, as well as helpful in follow up. Although I didn’t but this time, I would go back to him anytime. He represented your company very well.

All good with my visit, unfortunately the BMW i viewed didnt have some of the options which i would require.
