I struggled to get transport to the dealership as I live across town. I had to take time off work to pick the car up. I requested the car to be brought to a Charles Hurst dealership closer to my home, but this could not be accommodated. Other than this minor hiccup, my overall experience was brilliant.

We did not collect our car from the branch we got it we arranged to collect it from another Charles Hurst branch closer to us. There was no handover as such, we were given the key and they checked the V5 was in the glove compartment. We appreciate that the car had been arranged to be at the branch of our choice.
