I called into Charles Hurst Used Direct in Dundonald to arrange a viewing of my dream car which they had in stock, an Audi S3. I was warmly greated by Cormac who could not be anymore accommodating and I was given the opportunity of a test drive. Immediatley I fell in love with the car and returned to the showroom to discuss options. I was introduced to Andrew and between himself and Cormac we sat down to discuss my own car as a trade in. The manner of which Cormac and Andrew conduct their business is to the highest standard. Transparency is a major theme in Charles Hurst Dundonald. Cormac, Andrew and Andy guided through the process of trading in my own car and purchasing the my new car with the smoothest of transitions. The staff were fantastic very helpful Andrew Cochrane the showroom manager and Andrew Bingham the sale manager were both extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get on with and nothing was too much bother for them to do or find out. The showroom looked fantastic and all my queries were answered very professionally. The Covid procedures in place both the physical safety measures and the staff directions at the showroom made me feel very at ease. I will definitely be back to do more business and will be telling friends and family of the wonderful service and experience I received at Charles Hurst Used Direct Dundonald. 5 stars service.
