Deena Blaine is an amazing asset to your company, we had originally drove into your other branch a bit down and the guy there was so unhelpful he wouldn’t even call the other show room when we asked him to check on an appointment for us. We then headed there and the 1 guy on duty was with another customer whilst all other staff had gone to collect a delivery and he was so apologetic and lovely then once Senna came she literally was so lovely and down to earth.
