I found Neil Dunwoody to be a personable salesman with a trustworthy demeanour. He was knowledgeable on the car but was very open when he had gaps in his knowledge. This increased my confidence that I was dealing with someone who had an innate honesty. Neil's greatest asset is his genuine interest in the customer which created a relationship where I felt I was listened to and understood. There is a stereotype of car salesmen being slick and always pushing the product however Neil allowed the product to sell itself and at no stage did I feel I was being pushed into making the purchase. The car was fully charged upon purchase and that small detail encourages me to come back to UsedDirect again when the time comes.

Neil was informative and attentive from the first time we arrived without being pushy. Customer service was excellent from start to finish.
