Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to buy the Audi A7 at this time. Phil was very patient, courteous and helpful. He even answered one of my messages at 12.25am. That is amazing and very much beyond the call of duty.

The sales executive Connor was highly efficient, able to answer any questions I had and kept to the arrangement to the minute. I could find no fault in the service I received.

The team were friendly and super helpful. Especially the sales man called Tommy

All in all we were very satisfied with the transaction.

I dealt mostly with Paul who was so helpful. He sent a video detailing the features of the car which showed that he really knew the car well and was an excellent salesperson. Unfortunately the car just wasn’t for me and when I explained I wasn’t made to feel pressured into a decision. Paul also offered to help look for a suitable car in my budget. I also dealt a little with Tiarnan and although I didn’t meet him in person his emails were also very friendly, helpful and I appreciated his help also.

Fantastic experience couldn't recommend Ryan enough. So professional and friendly talked me through everything made me feel so comfortable. So delighted with my car couldn't have asked for better. Will be back in future !!
