Ryan Sloan was a very courteous sales person, not pushy or forceful. He was entirely genuine and helpful and can’t fault him!

I am deaf and my first language is (British Sign Language) I meet Connor and he did great to communicate with me via phone message to through everything with finance and service plan and few different things. Everything was spot on. Got car and happy customer here. Connor did everything to make sure things smooth with communicate with me and make sure car all well prep to hand over to me. Thank you

I came and some of the work which was supposed to be done on the car was not done that’s the only disappointing issue BUT Ryan willoughby made me smile coz he is professional and he managed together with the manager reduce the car price to cover for that

The service was fantastic, James, Connor and Chris all helped with the process of buying my new car and were very friendly and helpful. My wife is upgrading her car in the new year and we will be returning to Charles Hurst for this.
