No one answered my question just kept sending me ai automated emails and asking to book an appointment. Instead of answering my query. If they couldnt answer it then at least state why

No real appetite to sell me a car...

Dealership unable to provide registration documents or tax the vehicle

I bought a car in March every month it has been in for repair with every light lit up on the dashboard. I have not drove the car for a full week since buying it without all lights on. I have been emailing martin beattie in relation to this provided phot evidence of every light on the dashboard lit up the car is not safe to drive and I have had no response. The car is still under warranty and I have asked for a replacement. Can someone contact me in relation to this

Could not tax the vehicle supplied, neither could the sales manager , we agreed a refund was the best option. I live in a rural area with no transport just unbelievable stress from this whole saga. It seems I'm being totally neglected with little to no correspondence from Charles Hurst group. Totally disgusted customer.

I have experienced numerous issues,including safety concerns, repeated failure to rectify known defect,poor communications,and continued failure to provide a second key. I have emailed a Formal complaint, to debbiemccallen@charleshurstgroup.co.uk

I purchase a Nissan Qashqai FX71XXJ from Used Direct on 16/06/2026. On collection I was informed only one key was available, but a second would be sourced and supplied in 7/10 days. When I got the vehicle home, I discovered there was no service book/record. I informed the salesperson immediately. To date I have had no response to these two issues, despite emailing the salesperson and telephoning several times. I appear to be ignored. BTW the car is excellent.

Vehicle battery condition wasn’t checked. The car was purchased 23/10/25 and broke down in November (1 month later) was recharged In December it was inspected by Charles Hurst and was simply recharged again. It broke down again in April and was eventually replaced at my expense - in hindsight this should not have occurred and I feeling should be reimbursed due to the fact the vehicle was sold in this condition.The AA mechanic during call out pointed out the rear heater window contact was broken - a health and safety problem as the windscreen would not de-mist properly.The boot connection was broken which has since been wee placed.The rear left side window mechanism was broken - this has since been rectified.The two front tyres were in poor condition needing replaced at my expense again -another health and safety issue.The vehicle is booked in for a service and I feel this expense should be included in the warranty and as a valued customer the rear windscreen should be repaired/replaced as necessary.I have also taken 5 days off work unnecessarily to have these problems checked. The vehicle should not have been sold in this condition and a thorough check should have been carried out.

Hi good evening. I just want to file a complaints regarding the car I bought from Charles Hurst used direct Belfast. A Skoda Kodiaq Car 2024 model with registration CMZ8691. I did not receive any of the policy documents for my minor cosmetic damage insurance for the car for 12 months. The agent told me that his going to send me the policy documents but until now I didn't receive it yet. The car was bought last 25/02/2026 and the agent that assisted me is called Stellios Bassakarapoulos. I emailed him many times but not responding to me. Hope you can help me with this matter. I was meant to collect my new but used car tonight (Thursday 2nd July 2026). I was told car had been valet and guardx applied but on arrival the car hadn't even been washed. Brake dust still on car from Saturday still present, tyres had been dressed with tyre shine!! and where there was a scratch it had been repaired but had residue from repair still present.My insurance was changing at 7PM and I had to buy temporary insurance to get me home at a cost of £37 pounds and one hour on phone so I could get home.My experience before with Charles Hurst hasn't been great but I thought I would give them another go. Sales rep was a nice guy and that's why I went with sale.I will be contacting finance company tomorrow (Friday 3rd July 2026) to cancel agreement as I am so unhappy with service and haven't took delivery of vehicle yet.
