Hi, I purchased my car just over a year ago and have repeatedly requested my RAC extended warranty pack by both email and phone. I still haven’t received it.

I purchased a 2022 Audi 30 TSFI Technik XGZ 3829 from Charles Hurst Usedirect on 20 August 2025. Prior to taking delivery of the car an indicator lamp came on which I was assured was fixed. Subsequently 6 indicator lamps have appeared intermittently and at random. My car has been in the Charles Hurst Lexus workshop on 3/2/26 for the initial 3 indicator lamps and on 9/6/26 for the original three plus three additional indicator lamps. On both occasions I was told no faults were logged. On my way home from the workshop on 11/6/26 three indicator lamps flashed - 2 new and one additional lamp. The warning stated that the car should be taken to a qualified workshop without delay and have the fault rectified. I contacted the Citroen workshop which had carried out a service on 9/6/26 and also had my car checked by Lexus on 9/6/26 to advise them of new faults Despite having also contacted Ms Niamh Wait in Charles Hurst Usedirect who my contract of sale is with, no action has been taken and I have been left with a car which I cannot drive for 12 days. There has been a catalogue of failures to fix my car and I have been unable to get a straight answer from anyone as to whether Lexus workshop has ALL the Audi diagnostic modules to actually detect the faults recorded. On 17/6/26 I emailed Ms Wait in Charles Hurst Usedirect a detailed letter about my problems with related dates and documented proof of the ongoing problems since I bought the car and that I would give them a final chance to resolve the faults to my satisfaction before invoking my consumer rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am now escalating my complaint to your department. If you can please send me an email address I will forward all documents sent to Ms Wait. Furthermore, at no stage in this process, despite having a car which I cannot drive, have I been offered a courtesy car.

I purchased a vehicle from Charles Hurst Budget Used Cars at the end of December 2025. Since taking ownership of the vehicle, I have experienced a number of issues.Initially, the brake light was not functioning, there was a persistent squeaking noise from the springs/suspension when driving over speed ramps and bumps, and within a few days of purchase, the battery had to be replaced.On Thursday, I contacted Charles Hurst to report further issues, including the engine cooling fan running continuously, excessive coolant consumption, and the ongoing suspension squeaking problem.I have now been advised that the earliest available appointment for the vehicle to be inspected is 27 July. I find this timescale unacceptable. I purchased the extended warranty cover at the time of purchase, and having to wait more than five weeks for the vehicle to be investigated is unreasonable.I rely on this vehicle for my daily commute to and from work, and these ongoing issues are causing significant inconvenience and concern. I would therefore appreciate it if this matter could be escalated and an earlier appointment arranged as a matter of urgency

I wanted to bring this into your notice that fraud has happened with me from one of your centres. I bought nissan juke N connecta OE74JGV from you guys on 15th Oct 2025 which was 1 year used nearly with 4100 miles quoted price at 17,200 also paid for gardax and carsmetic extra. While selling this car I was told this is at best price but when I was looking for doing an upgrade on your website suddenly seen a promotion for same nissan juke with 2219 mile 2026 model OX75 KXC at £ 17,899. How can this be justified while you are selling same year model with around similar price but you sold me 1 year old car for same price which is not been long buying. I feel like I have been scammed by you guys and I will surely spread this within my groups never to buy with you guys are this is a pure cheating now I feel why people told me not to go charles hurst as the way you scam your customer. I have all the evidence for this 2026 juke or you can check your website also. Nearly losing so much of my harden money. Never coming back to you guys 4 sure and will ask others also to avoid and post this on social media also.

HelloCould I request a refund please, I tried to reserve a car at Charles Hurst Ards and it booked one at the Belfast branch. I no longer wish to purchase the Kona, i phoned the number below to request this on Saturday and also advised the sales associate of my wish to seek a refund on Monday.I have asked for a confirmation of my request but this has not yet been fulfilled.Could I please get my money refunded.Thank youMatthew

Since buying the car there has been a few issues which people do not want to help with, the person I bought it through moved branches and I keep getting transferred between and no one will help they continuously say they will call back and hear nothing, constantly passed off and so unhelpful after they received money
