This is my 6th car from Hursts. Brilliant service from William getting my BMW 420

I & my daughter arrived at Charles Hurst & was greeted with a very friendly man called Ross Mccallum. I explained what had happened previously in another dealership with a car & how they dealt with many problems on the vehicle etc. Ross then introduced his manager Andy & we went through a good discussion about another vehicle in an up grade vehicle. From the start all details were clear throughout & they both made us feel comfortable in the process. I would like to thank both of them as they’re a credit to Charles Hurst.
