The team at Charles Hurst treated me with respect, listened to me and were very patient with my decision making, on the handover William expertly showed me all the workings of the vehicle making sure I was happy with everything before leaving, he reassured me that if I have any concerns to come back to him.

We replied to add and made appointment to view car add said it was automatic but when we arrived it was actually a manual not CH fault Autotrader. Mario was very apologetic and extremely helpful in trying to locate an automatic Audi Q3 within our price range. Took our details and will contact us if one should become available.
