We found the service from Kevin Kearns to be friendly, concise and informative - he was happy to talk us through every aspect of buying the car and the extended warranty, all while being very courteous. I would definitely return to Used Direct for my next car

When Jason realised it would be difficult for me to pick up the car at the time arranged, he personally delivered it to my house. Excellent service.
