When I came too see the vehicle for the first time I think it should have been presented better. You were aware I was coming and the vehicle was covered in blossom from a nearby tree.Also your customer parking is awful. I had to park at Nissan i think it was.Kevin was brilliant however.I bought the car last Thursday and still havent received my V5C as it was apparantly lost by previous owner
