I got a very good deal on car. Communication from Connor was excellent. Viewed car on Thursday and it was ready for collection on Friday morning. Couldn’t really fault anything.

Jordan was extremely professional but made me feel very at ease. He came to chat to myself and my husband while we were out viewing potential cars for myself. Jordan didn't only hold conversation with my husband, he spoke to me also, something I very much appreciated. It's quite standard in a predominantly 'sales' role for a male to focus on the male and speak only to them - even if it's the female making the actual purchase.It's my first time buying a new car from a dealer and I was very impressed with Jordan and Simon and their customer service. There wasn't any pushing to buy, they asked lots of questions about what I wanted and needed and they listened.I would 100% recommend the team at Agnew and will do so in my own work, I chat to A LOT of people daily!!
