Ross was excellent.There was some issue with paying the balance over the phone. I spoke with a manager called Gemma (despite not asking for one) who spent her time talking over me stating “I’m not going to argue with you” I had to explain that if she would let me speak I am trying to see if there is any other resolution. This is the only reason that it is not all 5 star reviews. As I said, Ross was excellent, helpful, friendly and prompt.
