Salesman Jake was very very helpful. However several days passed between me making a website enquiry and contact, during which time I phoned and booked a test drive. Was surprised that car was very dusty and also no petrol in it so that delayed things. However as stated, Jake very pleasant, as indeed all the staff in the showroom were. Price to trade in my car was offered was a bit ridiculous. Less than WeBuyAnyCar were offering who aren't renowned for their generosity!

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I have received following the recent purchase of my vehicle from your dealership.My husband Andrew purchased a white BMW 218d RGZ 7954, approximately two weeks ago from Robert Smith. Within this short period, the car developed a noise coming from the front passenger-side wheel area. After contacting your team, he was informed that the issue was due to a heat shield that had not been properly attached.Following discussions with your staff, my husband and I brought the vehicle to your Charles Hurst First Time buyers Budget Direct dealership on Boucher Road on Thursday, 30th April 2026, for repair. We were assured that the issue would be resolved and that the car would be ready for collection on Friday, 1st May 2026.Unfortunately, this has not been the case. We have received no communication from Robert or service drpartment regarding the status of the vehicle, and despite making several attempts to contact your representatives and customer service team, Andrew was unable to obtain any clear update. As of Friday, the car was not available for collection as promised.Additionally, no courtesy car was provided, which caused significant inconvenience. My husband had to use my vehicle to get to work, leaving me without transport.Due to this situation, I have been forced to cancel a planned family trip over the Bank Holiday weekend to the North Coast, which is extremely disappointing.I am deeply frustrated by the lack of communication and the failure to meet the commitments made to us. The level of service I have experienced falls far below expectations, particularly so soon after purchasing the vehicle.I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my car, along with a clear explanation for the delay and lack of communication. Said they would call me at 3pm the same day, rang me back the next day but knew absolutely nothing so they promised to call back. They didn't call for a week. Completely incompetent!

Ok I bought a jeep compass from the Belfast used car depot just before Christmas, driving it home I was pulled over because someone hadn’t put bolts back in the engine cover underneath, then was agreed for work to be done on the car when I bought it. I took it up on the date agreed where I was promised a courtesy car to arrive and there wasn’t so I made an other booking. 2nd time I came up and was told they don’t have the part so I’ll have to come back, 3rd the work finally got done (new centre counsel) and some sensor they we’re supposed to get the scratches out which they told me it had been done. It hasn’t! They also used half a tank of fuel doesn’t bother me but not very good customer service! Ever since there has been warnings flagging up that it need serviced which I was told it was in December! Next the car doesn’t start because the alternator has gone so I used the road side cover in my warranty. Jeep have had the car since the 17th of April and received an email saying they are just talking to the warranty people to get parts ordered on the 24th still haven’t heard anything since. But I have to pay £32 a day for a courtesy car! Which I won’t be paying!

Dear Shannon,I hope you’re well.I am writing regarding the vehicle I purchased from Charles Hurst Usedirect in January 2026.On 17 March 2026, the vehicle developed a fault, including an engine management warning light and a loss of power. Following inspection, I have been advised that this relates to a stuck exhaust pressure control valve, which requires replacement.In addition to this, the vehicle is now also displaying a warning indicating excessive oil levels, and is driving noticeably sluggish and jerky.As these issues have arisen within the first six months of ownership, I am formally notifying you that this matter falls under my statutory rights as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Under the Act, the vehicle must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and free from inherent defects. Given the timing and number of faults, I am concerned about the overall reliability and condition of the vehicle at the point of sale.I understand that you are entitled to one opportunity to repair the vehicle, and I am willing to allow this repair to take place. However, I would like it formally noted that if the issues are not fully resolved, or if any fault reoccurs, I will exercise my final right to reject the vehicle and seek a refund, including my deposit and any applicable payments.For transparency, I have copied in the finance provider, as they are jointly liable in this matter.Many Thanks,Conor Gorman

I just got my car today and when I got home there was a crack in the windscreen also there was no lock key for the tyres and there was white fluid were the pump is. And my key doesn't work properly he did say il be getting another one. But Chris gordan did not contact me back after ringing numerous times I'm so sad and angry really thought he was a genuine guy I can't afford to be without a car due to health problems all I've done is cry I'm so stressed please help me
