Bought a car from Used Cars Direct. The transaction was held by Kevin Roberts. At every stage in the process he was courteous and took great pains to explain every step of the sale. He explained how I could tax the vehicle at a nearby post office and so I drove home in a taxed vehicle. This young man is a true asset to the company and I certainly would buy from Charles Hurst again.

Gary was absolutely fantastic. So helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked him. From the moment we met him until I drove out with my new car he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially since he synced my phone in the car for me!
