First time I wanted to test drive a jaguar F type. I gave my drivers licence to the sales man and waited approximately 10 mins to be put on the system only to be lied to and informed that I had to sit in the passenger seat while he drove the car because it wasn’t wasn’t taxed. It was only on the way back that he eventually let me test drive the car. Correct me if I m wrong but I thought that none of the cars are taxed and there’s why a temporary number plate is attached. I don’t think that lying to customers is very good for good relations.I also wasted a lot of time getting ready to test drive a second car only to sea over that it wouldn’t start and the salesman wasn’t able to sort out the problem. He thought the battery had been taken out for replacing. I don’t want this to be published as generally I think Charles Hurst is one of the best dealerships and would strongly recommend it to other customers
