I had previously visited another car dealership in the area but did not receive a great service, compared to Andrew at Charles Hurst I was extremely pleased with how we were welcomed by all and offered refreshments also, I got the car I wanted and am more than 100% happy with everything 😀

I would like to say a big thank you to Pat who from the very moment I approached him in the car park was a perfect gentleman who immediately put me at ease with his presence. He had great patience and I didn’t feel rushed or made to feel my constant questions were annoying. He also went through everything that I thought would have overwhelmed me and made it so Crystal Clear and comprehensible. He went the extra mile in every fine detail to put me at ease.
