I would like to say a big thank you to Pat who from the very moment I approached him in the car park was a perfect gentleman who immediately put me at ease with his presence. He had great patience and I didn’t feel rushed or made to feel my constant questions were annoying. He also went through everything that I thought would have overwhelmed me and made it so Crystal Clear and comprehensible. He went the extra mile in every fine detail to put me at ease. Kevin Roberts is a real credit to the branch , he really changed my mind regarding Charles Hurst and a previous less than ideal experience.The Charles Hurst used direct showroom is also excellent. With a clean layout and handy waiting facilities.My partner is due to change her car in the coming months and we will be visiting the Belfast branch and hopefully using Kevin again.
