Clear guidance, all questions answered. Next steps in registering and taxing the car was made very easy with Pats guidance. The car was in excellent condition and no trouble in arranging the trade in. Pat was fantastic in dealing with us and we are confident that we will return when buying a car on the basis of his service.

Ross was excellent and very helpful so I don't know whether it is policy not to provide a spare key at the time of purchase. It was 2 weeks before I got a message from the company to advise it'll be another 10-12 days before they get this set up. Preferable to have this provided. A
