I as very pleased with the Charles Hurst staff when I made my inquiry about a VW T-Roc. They were very friendly and got a walk round video over to me very quickly. I didn't purchase the T-Roc in this instance as I am after a particular spec and colour but would have no hesitation in dealing with Charles Hurst in the future.

Having recently purchased a used Peugeot 508 Hybrid from Used Direct I can say that the whole experience from test drive to final purchase was truly excellent. It was all very smooth. Ross was clear and helpful and pleasant to deal with. My only feedback is that I was expecting the car to have been charged on collection and it not being so was quite confusing as I drove home trying to understand the new car.
