Jim has worked tirelessly to ensure that we were happy with all aspects of the sale and handover, even when he went on holiday he passed us over to William who had everything in hand. Jim followed up today with a phone call to check that Geraldine was happy with her car and arrange a detailing. Great advice on the warranty.
