cormac was really helpful and has kept me really well informed on updates etc. he hasOrdered a part for me which I am just waiting on. I would say that in my experience, the finance payments need to be explained a little better, as I wasn’t told how much negative equity my trade in was going to be, just that the finance for that car was being taken care of by CH, but there was actually a gap of £1500 that I had to cover. I don’t feel this was made clear by the person who covered the finance aspect, but aside from this, the service was good. I have had some very poor experiences at other branches, so cormac really made an effort not to have a repeat of that,
