Claire did her best to sort out and absolute mess of a situation this being the second car I got from hurst in less that 6 months. She came in on her day off to make sure she handled it all herself to ensure everything done properly this time. After the first car’s engine packing in after me having it 2 months for it then to sit not even being looked at with zero communication from hurst. If it wasn’t for my step father chasing it up they didn’t even realise they had forgotten about it completely. Claire couldn’t have been more apologetic about it all and helpful even though it wasn’t her mess to sort. With the first car i bought with Marty in June I had to chase him for things he was supposed to sort which he admitted he forgot to do. It’s very hard to give a star rating here as I would give zero on hurst as a company but feel it’s unfair to Claire as she tried her best to sort it out.
