Philip was really helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. He offered the test drive and could not have been nicer to me. The car was lovely and in excellent condition . Spoke with Chris in the Used Cars Direct Mallusk site. Very approachable and friendly. Chris was very informative and honest. Unfortunately due to change of circumstances I am not in a position to purchase at the moment however I would absolutely recommend Chris and will certainly make contact should circumstances change.

This is the 2nd time I have bought vehicle from used direct. I will not go anywhere else. Fantastic team and always greeted straight away. Also left to look around myself which is really nice. Clive took care of me and he was fantastic, listened to what I wanted and set a plan out that works for me.

Dunno if just my experience or not but I wouldn't know if I met a member of the management team or not so you may wish to rethink q5. We met a team member who did introduce himself (I just can't mind his name) and offered us finance and asked us where we were enquiring and followed up without being pushy which was v much appreciated. We were offered tea whilst we waited and altho we we're taken about 20mins after our app time it didn't seem to long as a few people checked in (reception, finance guy and James who was selling us the car) who came to introduce himself and take our license to get us on the system so it didn't feel like we were being ignored or anything - was just super busy (maybe more time shud be left between appointment bookings as it cuda felt rushed for some and spending time with prospective customers is important) we didn't care though lol - I liked the car and we had the cash so I literally just wanted to drive it before we bought it.
