Totally satisfied with the staff at newtownabbey branch couldn't have been nicer , but seen car land rover I liked , did test drive and agreed a deal shock hands and everything on a Thursday night, a few wee scratchs to sought out and was told to pick car up on Tuesday afternoon to give time for work to be done , happy enough, but booking time of work and getting insurance charged over only to get phone call on the day before to say car wasn't ready how disappointing having to phone insurance up again with all the hassle to get it changed back at a cost and losing half a day's pay , so picking it up now hopefully on a Saturday , not totally satisfied with the customer service but one of those things
