Initially arranged test drive, but on day of test drive another customer had electronically submitted a deposit on the same vehicle which meant we could not test drive the vehicle with a view to purchase. Some form of reservation should be included for physical customers to prevent the vehicle they may wish to purchase being denied due to online interference.
