I had to ring several times to get finance sorted through emails that weren't sent .and also had to ring to get deposit refunded . After I had already gone to pick car up I was then informed it had no mot , And one was booked for n Ards for may , I live in carrickfergus so bit inconvenient . Now waiting on it getting changed .

2 years ago (june) i was going to change in this month, I am going away on holidays in July so I don’t want to put down monies or increase payments by too much, if a Deal can be worked out I will exchange the car I now have?

Neil- the salesman did a fantastic job. It was a difficult sale as the majority was done remotely via email due to my work. He kept in regular contact and nothing was too much trouble.It’s a shame to end with a negative comment but when I took the vehicle home and changed the number plates I discovered that the person fitting the Charles hurst number plates decided to drill holes in the boot lid rather than use the manufactures fixing points. This is something that will need repairing as over time it will crack and the paint will become damaged. Anyone who is willing to do this to a £40k car has no place in the motor industry. I sent an email with photos to the salesman but have not received a reply. I am interested to see what the response will be now that the money has been handed over.

Having dealt with Neil before I went back to him to help with my wife's new purchase amd again he went above and beyond to help her get the car she wanted by going to another branch and bringing the it down for her to see and drive. He also ensured everything went smoothly with the purchase. We will definitely be back when we are looking to change definitely the beat Sales man in Newtownards.
