Between paying a holding deposit and receiving the vehicle was over 4 weeks. A little longer than expected and felt the date for getting the vehicle kept being over promised as "soon". Found the experience quite stressful as I was due to have another baby imminently. Some of it was out of Gordon's hands though, I understand.

Neil was excellent, just a genuine guy who helped us with a smooth sale along side superb customer service.

This is our sixth car bought from Charles Hurst. I have to say the service is brilliant and it’s super simple to buy a car, Neill Dunwoody made the process easy again,I have no hesitation coming back to buy another car!!
