I didn't actually visit the showroom as I live some distance away I was just enquiring about a car on the Web, however Gordon at Ards was very helpful, sent me a video and answered my questions, before I could get to Ards I spotted a similar car closer to home, I have purchased from Hursts before and found this experience very helpful, friendly and professional.

Gordon Wilson was the main member of the sales team who dealt with the purchase of the car. We also met with Philip Montgomery on the day of our test drive, who also talked us through the finance and protection policies that are offered by Charles Hurst.Gordon continued to keep in contact with us and was available for the completion of the purchase and was able to confirm what work had been done to the car with them, the mot being passed and even printed a copy of my insurance documents so that I could purchase my tax via the post office.The team came across as friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of our purchase and I'm sure that the aftersales commitment will equal what we experienced.
